AllMyNotes Organizer è un programma di gestione dati molto semplice che fornisce una serie di strumenti molto semplici da utilizzare per organizzare i vostri dati. Il programma permette di pianificare informazioni testuali e grafiche (struttura ad albero), editor di testo che supporta: tabelle (compresa la selezione), sveglie, allegati (con anteprime per le immagini), chiamate tramite doppio click (con Skype o qualsiasi altra app VoIP).
Inoltre il software permette la ricerca istantanea fra tutti i dati, un formato sicuro per l'archiviazione dei dati, supporta files superiori a 4 Giga, offrendo un livello di crittografia low-level a 1800-bit), importa ed esporta dati, generatore di password sicure, promemoria, funzioni drag & drop avanzate e molto altro ancora.
